Processing Time
All jewelry orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

• Expedited Shipping (if available)
• International Shipping (selected countries)
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
• Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
• International orders: 7–21 business days after shipping
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
